Add new meeting rooms to your Google Calendar | The Docs

Step 1: Open your GMail

In GMail, click on the nine dots in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Open your Google Calendar

Choose Calendar.

Step 3: Open Calendar settings

Click the gear icon and choose Settings.

Step 4:

Choose Add Calendar to expand the menu.

Step 5:

Choose Browse resources.

Step 6:

Expand Landscape Ontario Home Office and check off the rooms/calendars to display in you mail calendar window. You can also uncheck old calendars (but this will unsubscribe you from them). If you continue on, we will show you how to simply hide the old calendars in Google Calendar.

Bonus step to hide old room calendars:

Go back to the main calendar and hover over a calendar in the list on the left to hide.

Click the three-dot menu that appears, and choose Hide from list.
